You need a steady hand for liquid liner ,try to draw a soft line with sharp khol liner, then go over with the liquid liner for a perfect shape.

Foundation
To apply foundation you will need a foundation brush, preferably a flat one –Melissa's brushes cover an amazing range.
Depending on the size of the face/area, you will normally only need a brush the size of a 10 p piece for the amount of foundations to be used.
You can always mix the foundation with strobe cream by MAC cosmetics; this will give an illuminating effect on the skin. Apply equal amounts.
Always remember less is more.
Also you could use strobe cream on the skin alone to give a very natural glow; it's very effective in the summer time.
Take your time to apply the foundation as you want it to last all day.
Powder
Use a light translucent powder to finish off the base; mineral powder is very light on the skin, doesn't block the pores and gives a very silky smooth effect.
Use a concealer under the eyes. YSL do a lovely product called “touché éclat”; it covers any blueness around the eyes and takes away redness and dark circles.
You can also use a concealer, which is a shade lighter than the foundation and which has a thicker consistency; use in the corner of the eyes and around the nose.
Cheeks
There are different types of blushers which give different effects; you can choose from cream to powders.
With the powders, use a big soft brush to apply on the apple of the cheeks in a sweeping motion.
Using a cream blusher, add 3 tiny dots to the cheeks, blend in with your fingers, using the fourth finger as that is the lightest on your hand, and gently pat in the blusher.
You can also try “ Benetint” by Benefit Cosmetics. This comes as a liquid; draw in 3 lines on the cheeks and gently work into the cheeks.
Also as a highlighter, “ High Beam” by Benefit is a great way to achieve the glowing effects on the cheeks and brow bones; Madonna and Kylie swear by it!
Brows
Invest in a good pair of tweezers; Japonesqe do some great products.
Only ever pluck below the brow bone, never on top.
Pull the skin fairly tightly before you pluck; this helps reduce redness.
Invest in a brow set; Benefit do a great one which gives you stay-in-place brows.
